  • Office machines ( calculators, shredders, photocopiers, printers, fax machine )
  • Computer hardware ( office computers, input devices, output devices, storage devices, laptops, hand-held computers, maintaining your computer )
  • Data security ( what is a crime?, threats from the outside, threats from the inside, software privacy, computer viruses )  
  • Banking ( companies bank, deposit slips, writing out a cheque )
  • Routine office documents ( petty cash vouchers, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, cash payments receipts, travel & entertainment records, staff loans )
  • Communication ( listening, understanding & questioning, presentations & meetings, one way & two way conversation )
  • Customer relations ( role of customer care, communicating with customers, solving customer problems )
  • Your future at the company ( growing as the company grows, learn about the business, upgrading your skills )

Minimum class size: 10 participants
