Certificate in Human Resources Management
(2 months)

Human Resource Management covers the functions and activities associated with personnel and the management of the human resources of an organization. It prepares candidates for HR and personnel positions in the business world. This is the responsibility of using and developing the organizations personnel in the most productive way, through elements involved in providing and managing staff with the right skills and attitudes to achieve the organizations goals.  It has the potential to persuade all managers that the development of their human resources (subordinates) is their job, not the personnel departments.  It also places greater emphasis on development through training and career planning.
