Windows Essentials
This course assumes that the student has very little or no experience with Windows. It also assumes that the student has little or no experience with a mouse. We prepare the student for the use of a personal computer and we also cover topics like operating systems, Hardware & Software, Files & Folders, the Help feature and the Network Neighborhood. This course also covers the My Computer feature very extensively and we also associate the student with all the icons on the Desktop.

MS Word Level One
In Word Level One we introduce the student to Word and working in the Word Program Environment. The student learns Opening, Moving Around and closing Word Documents. Displaying different views of a document, creating and saving a document as well as previewing and printing. This course extensively covers Changing Case, Formatting Paragraphs, Templates and Wizards and all the tools contained in the Standard, Formatting and Drawing Toolbars. Headers and Footers, Spelling and Grammar and Styles are also some of the features covered in Word Level One. Finding the most appropriate word and reorganizing a document outline as well as replacing text, correcting spelling and grammatical errors. Word’s basics are extensively covered in this course. The student will also be familiarized with the Envelope and Labels feature and we give an introduction to Publishing Web Pages with Word.

MS Word Level Two
This course is more extensive than Level 1 and entails advanced features of the Word Program. The student will learn advance features available in Page Setup, Page Borders, Foot- and Endnotes. Watermarks, Styles and Mail Merge topics will also be extensively covered. Changing the look of text and paragraphs, formatting text and paragraphs as well as manually changing the look of characters and paragraphs are also covered. The student is also introduced to the Linking and Embedding Options. Items like Charts, Macro Creation, Tracking Changes and all the other features of the Word Program are covered in detail. Word Level 2 covers columns, creating tabular lists, presenting information in a table and formatting tables, and performing calculations in the table. On completion of this course the student will be able to use tables and control layout, toolbars and options available for the user in the Word Program.

MS Excel Level One
The Excel Level One course is an introductory course into Excel. For a student with little or no experience of this Program it would benefit the student to complete the Word Level One course before attempting this course. The Basics of Excel is also comprehensively covered. The most important feature of Excel, Formulas, is one of the items covered in this course. Working and modifying workbooks and worksheets. Customizing the Excel 2003 program window.

MS Excel Level Two
Excel Level Two is one of our most advanced corporate courses and it is strongly advised that the student first completes the Excel Level One course. The more advanced options of Excel are broadly covered in this course. Importing Data, Linking, Collaborating with Microsoft Access and Exporting from Excel are a few of the topics enclosed and the student will have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel after completion of this course. Performing calculations on data. Naming groups of data. Creating formulas to calculate values. Summarizing data that meets specific conditions. Finding and correcting errors in calculations. Changing document appearance. Formatting cells. Defining styles.

MS PowerPoint
PowerPoint is the component of Microsoft Office that is used to construct professional presentations. After completion of this course the learner will be able to create new professional presentations using the AutoContent Wizard, Templates and Masters. The blank Presentation Option is broadly explored in our PowerPoint course and the student will be able to create a presentation from scratch, using Transitions, Animations, Speaker notes, Hyperlinks and Importing.
