Prerequisites
All candidates should have working experience with I.T. software & hardware, (not necessarily MS Office applications). Should the candidate not be proficient in I.T. hardware & software, it is recommended that the student first enrols for A+ and Windows Vista. The candidate should be able to type and must have an excellent command of the English language. (Write, read & speak). This course contains large amounts of self-study and practical, therefore a personal computer is imperative. Should the candidate not have a computer at home, a new computer or laptop can be purchased from IIT, either cash payment or in terms.
